About EXTRA:
Extra Projects is a multidisciplinary project space located in the front of basic studios, an artist studio building located in Logan Square, Chicago.
We provide opportunities for artists at any level to display engaging, challenging work in a low-key public setting for feedback, sharing, and discussion. Our mission is to develop and contribute to a critical understanding of the possibilities of art, and to support the development of the voices and strategies that make those possibilities rich and deeply rooted in culture.
